Welcome to MouseHero. This agreement constitutes a legal agreement between you and the developer of the app. By using the app, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions below.

1. Service Description

MouseHero allows you to wirelessly control the mouse cursor, keyboard input, media functions, and related operations of your computer from a mobile device on the same local network.

The app does not require account registration and does not collect or share personal data.

2. User Rights and Obligations

You may use the app lawfully in accordance with this agreement.

You must use the app only for lawful purposes and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not interfere with the normal operation of the app, including reverse engineering, compromising security measures, or modifying functionality without authorization.

3. Disclaimer

The app is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We are not liable for functionality issues caused by force majeure, network conditions, or events outside our control.

You assume responsibility for risks that may arise when controlling your computer through the app, including misoperation, network latency, or software defects.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interests in the app, including software code, design, content, and branding, remain with the developer and are protected by law.

5. Agreement Modifications

We may amend this agreement from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from this agreement should first be resolved amicably. If that fails, either party may seek relief before a court with competent jurisdiction.

7. Language Priority

In the event of any discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions of this agreement, the Chinese version shall prevail.
